Randy Roach has worked in the IT field since separating from the Air Force in June of 2002. He specializes in PC and Mac troubleshooting, Outlook configuration, wireless networking, and smartphone setup. Randy joined Resolve Technology Group (RTG) as a full-time employee in January of 2006 and took part in the dramatic growth of the Real Estate segment of RTG. Randy enjoys dealing directly with clients, resolving challenges both large and small.
