*Place banner ad in the Star Tribune
*Place digital tour banner on StarTribune.com
*Place line ads in the Lakeshore Weekly News and Laker/Pioneer
*Place all properties on CBBurnet.com with links to listings
*Deliver directional arrow signs to agent, if applicable


Agent responsibility:

1.  Register and pay for the Fall Waterfront Home Tour online by noon on Sept. 16, 2011
2.  Notify Laurie Turtinen in writing of any line item corrections no later than noon on Sept. 20, 2011
3.  Enter your Open House Directory Ad  or OpenHouse showcase Ad at www.startribune.com/homes/sell between Sept. 26, 2011 and September 28, 2011. If you choose to upgrade to the Showcase ad you must: Go to the "View My Inventory" section andmake sure that the "Waterfront" box is checked. Type "CBB Waterfront Tour" in the ad notes.
4.  Enter your Open House information on Northstar MLS no later than Sept. 26, 2011
5.  Place your Waterfront Tour directional arrow signs after Sept. 25, 2011 - as permitted by the local municipality.
